    1. Grill the sliced pepper, onion, and mushroom in the grill pan until they are soft.
    2. Chipotle seasoning and cottage cheese should be combined.
    3. Lay the tortilla flat on the grill.
    4. Top with cheddar cheese after spreading half of it with cottage cheese and vegetables.
    5. For two minutes, cook with the grill cover open.
