Instructions

    1. Spray nonstick cooking oil on a 9-inch skillet.
    2. Combine the coconut flour, pizza seasoning, zucchini, egg, and egg white in a bowl.
    3. Put a pan with the mixture over medium heat.
    4. Cook eggs in covered pan until they are set and the sides are faintly brown.
    5. Add pasta sauce and grated cheese on top.
