The 12-Week Bollywood Body Program is a unique blend of some of the most effective workout protocols in the fitness industry. Our team has combined elements of FST-7, GVT, DTP, and Y3T to create a program that’s both challenging and effective.

FST-7 focuses on high-volume training to help you build muscle and increase your endurance. GVT is a classic strength-building protocol that involves lifting heavy weights for a high number of sets and reps. DTP, on the other hand, is a high-intensity protocol that’s designed to help you get ripped and shredded.

Y3T, created by renowned trainer Neil Hill, is another effective training protocol that combines high-intensity workouts with strategic rest periods to help you maximize your gains and avoid burnout.

 

This program is divided into three phases, each with its own unique focus.

Phase 1: Build a Strong Foundation During the first phase, we’ll focus on building a strong foundation by using a variety of compound movements and exercises that target multiple muscle groups. Phase 2: Build Lean Muscle In the second phase, we’ll shift our focus to building lean muscle mass using a variety of techniques, including high-volume training and supersets. By incorporating these methods into your workouts, you’ll challenge your muscles in new ways and encourage them to grow.

Phase 3: Sculpt Your Body The final phase of the program is all about sculpting your body to create the ultimate Bollywood physique. We’ll use a variety of advanced techniques to help you burn fat, increase your endurance, and create a definition in your muscles.
